RELAX. REJUVENATE. RAMBLE ON. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 3,000 sq ft home. This includes all bedrooms, living areas, the theater room, and the private rooftop wellness deck with the hot tub, as well as the patio and sauna and cold plunge. (Cold plunge seasonal and available at additional fee) Entry is seamless with a smart lock and a garage door that can be controlled via a mobile app. Access details will be provided 48 hours before your check-in. Other things to note • The cold plunge on the back patio is a seasonal amenity, available only from late spring through summer. Please inquire about its availability for your specific dates. Because this amenity needs to be drained and refilled for every stay a $160 fee. It can be added using the guest portal after you book. • Like many vibrant mountain communities, Winter Park is an active town. You may occasionally hear sounds from nearby construction, town snow removal, or normal neighborhood life. While these are outside our control, we are committed to ensuring you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. • The hot tub is on the rooftop deck and is serviced every Wednesday. The tech will need access to the house during this time.
